Psalm 70

1 Chapter: Psalm 70

1 Verse: Verse 5. But I am afflicted and needy; hasten to me, O God! You are my help and my deliverer; O LORD, do not delay.

1 Prayer: Father, I know You make all things beautiful in Your time, but I get impatient having to wait. I can't see how any further delay could possibly be helpful. I want to be delivered. But I know that You are my help, whether that help comes now or later. I know You are with me no matter what. Thank you for hastening to me to help me. I know the rescue is already underway.

1 Verse: Verse 4. Let all who seek You rejoice and be glad in You; And let those who love Your salvation say continually, "Let God be magnified."

1 Prayer: Abba, I choose gladness in You! I kneel and bow my head in gratefulness for the salvation You have made possible for all who call on Your name.

"Throughout the endless ages,
You will be crowned with praises;
Lord Most High;
Exalted in every nation,
Sovereign of all creation,
Lord Most High, be magnified"!
