1 Passage: 1 John 2:15-17

1 Verse: Verse 17. The world is passing away, and also its lusts; but the one who does the will of God lives forever.

1 Prayer: Thank You, Father, for saving me from this world. Thank You for promising that, though everything else passes away, I will be preserved by Your love and grace forever. Please remind me again and again that this world and all its lusts are passing away. They are only for a time. Please help me to do Your will, so that I will be ready for an eternity with You.
