Psalm 123

1 Chapter: Psalm 123

1 Verse:
Verse 2. Behold, as the eyes of servants look to the hand of their master, as the eyes of a maid to the hand of her mistress, so our eyes look to the LORD our God, until He is gracious to us.

1 Prayer: Father, You have been gracious. You have already given me more than I deserve, more than I can ask or imagine, more than I can ever feel worthy of receiving. And yet, despite all the grace You have given, I still look to You. I still need more grace. I don't mean to diminish, depreciate or devalue all You have already done for me in Christ. But I am still looking to You, still waiting until You are gracious to me. Is that alright with You? Do You mind if I ask for even more grace? I trust from what You've already been willing to give that perhaps You are not unwilling to give even a little more. If so, then I pray that You have merciful eyes when You look back at me. Because I am looking to You until You are gracious to me. Be gracious to me, Father, please. You know what I need. Thank You, and I love You.

1 Chapter: Psalm 123

1 Verse: Verse 1. To You I lift up my eyes,O You who are enthroned in the heavens!

1 Prayer: Father, You show me only as much of Your glorious self as I can handle and I am still overwhelmed with joy! I find myself starting in prayer with head bowed and so often I end with my face up towards the heavens ... just like a little girl looking up to see the face of her beloved Daddy ... Abba Father! Thank you for your perfect parenting :o)
