Philippians 3:12-14

1 Passage: Philippians 3:12-14

1 Verse: Verse 13. Brethren, I do not regard myself as having laid hold of it yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead,

1 Prayer: Father, forgive me for not forgetting the past. Forgive me for not reaching forward for the future. Forgive me for lamenting that I haven't laid hold of it yet. Help me to admit that I don't get it, that I don't have it, that I'm not there yet. Help me not to fret about that fact, but to simply do the one thing I need to do and press on.

Verse: 14 I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

Prayer: Father please help me to remember that my whole purpose is to fulfill your purpose. That my only goal is to grow closer to you.
