1 Passage: Psalm 97
1 Verse: Verse 2. Clouds and thick darkness surround Him; righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne.
1 Prayer: Thank You, Father, for establishing Your eternal rule and reign upon the foundation of perfect justice and righteousness. Even when Your holy throne is obscured from our understanding by the veil of mystery that surrounds You, we trust You to do all things well and make all things right. We even draw near to that throne of grace to find mercy and help in time of need. Please, Father, help us to gain from our trust in You the wisdom and courage to implement Your righteousness and justice in our lives by loving others at all costs, as You have commanded and demonstrated in Christ.
