Psalm 139:1-6

1 Passage: Psalm 139:1-6

1 Verse: Verse 1. O LORD, You have searched me and known me.

1 Prayer:
Thank You, Father, for graciously accepting me despite what You may see within me. I don't even know what all is in there, but based on some of what I've seen come out of my heart, there are some pretty deep, dark corners in which lurk some pretty nasty, ugly things. Please illuminate those shadows. Please clean out what I can't bear to look at. Please wash and refine and purify me. Only allow me to know enough of what is inside to change what can be changed. Please don't let me know too much of what You see, or I may become too discouraged, frightened, disheartened. Remind me over and over again that Your love beholds all and yet does not turn away in anger or disgust or frustration. You are patient and kind even with all of me. Thank You, Father.
